Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Course Access: This course is delivered online through Zoom. You will receive the link and additional information upon registration and confirmation of payment. Course Materials: Course materials, including videos, handouts, and other resources, are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce these materials without written permission. Communication: We encourage open communication! You can ask questions and connect with the instructor and other participants via the course forum or by emailing me@biancamarzouk.com. Respectful Environment: We strive to create a safe and respectful learning environment for all participants. Disruptive or harassing behavior will not be tolerated. Course Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify the course content and delivery format at any time. Cancellation and Refund Policy Full Refund: You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund within 48 hours of registration, provided the course start date is at least 15 days away. 50% Refund: If you cancel your enrollment between 14 and 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund. No Refunds: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date. Technical Difficulties: In the unlikely event of technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe, a prorated refund may be issued. Please note: We encourage you to review this policy carefully before registering for the course.
